Attending PBPA meetings remotely

As requested by some PBPA members remote attendance at the General Meetings is now possible via Google Meet Me. The joining details are below:-

Video Conferencing etiquette

  • Please inform Gary Phillips on asst_secretary@pearlbeachprogress.org.au or leave a message on 0459 817867 every time you wish to attend a meeting remotely. As setting up for a remote session is quite involved if no one has registered their intention to join remotely then the facility to do so will not be available.
  • All registered attendee’s will be sent joining details at least 24hrs in advance
  • Please add your name when joining. Anyone not using their first and last name will not be allowed to join.
  • When joining please keep your microphone on MUTE
  • Please indicate using the “CHAT” facility that you can hear the hall ok
  • If you wish to make a point or comment please use the “RAISE HAND” or use the “CHAT” facility to indicate or chat to the moderator. Only you and I can see what you are writing (not the rest of the people at the meeting)
  • You may enable your video or not that is up to you (nicer if you do)
