Attending PBPA meetings remotely

As requested by some PBPA members remote attendance at the General Meetings is now possible via Google Meet.

A policy and guide has been created to provide all the details regarding registration, joining and contributing to the meeting. Please ensure you read it before joining the meeting. It can be accessed/downloaded by clicking here

Please inform Gary Phillips on asst_secretary@pearlbeachprogress.org.au or leave a message on 0459 817867 at least 48hrs every time you wish to attend a meeting remotely. As setting up for a remote session is quite involved, so unless the minimum number of remote attendees have pre-registered their intention to join remotely, the facility to do so will not be available.
