PBPA 2024 Annual General Meeting
Dear Members and Friends of the Pearl Beach Progress Association,
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024 3pm, Sunday 20th October 2024
All members and friends are invited to the AGM in the Pearl Beach Memorial Hall. Please note that only financial members are eligible to vote in the election of office bearers.
The agenda and any other papers will be distributed on 1 October after the close of nominations.
NOMINATIONS FOR EXECUTIVE FOR 2024-2025
Nominations for the executive team are open from today and will close at 5pm on 30 th September.
You may submit a supporting statement of no more than 300 words, including a photograph if you wish, with your nomination.

VOTING PROCESS
Online voting will commence at 3pm on 6th October. You will be sent an email from Election Runner with your individual code to access the ballot.
Online voting will finish at 2pm on 20th October.
In person (paper) voting will be held at the hall between 2.00pm and 3.00pm on 20th October.

The results of the election will be announced at the AGM by the returning officer.
