Meditation supports and enhances all aspects of your life. It encourages centred focus thinking by keeping energy calm. It prevents external influences, out of your control, from disturbing you.
A regular practice can give you the space required to deal with the unwelcome anxiety that arises constantly in our lives. It also offers up answers to the many questions you have, by accessing your own innate intelligence.
Join Raymond for a weekly guided meditation practice, created specifically around deep relaxation and positive thinking.
Every Wednesday 9 – 10 am a 1 hour session.
Exchange : $9.00 + $1.00 for charity
Although the meditation will be in a chair, the initial relaxation techniques are lying down. Also, bring an open and accepting mind.
All Covid-19 requirements will be necessary. 1.5m distancing Signing In and Hand Sanitiser on arrival and Departure. Max 20 Persons

Raymond has been practicing yoga for over 40 years. He has trained under master teachers. In Australia, Bali, and India. He’s been a long term weekend resident of Pearl Beach over the past 17 years and has recently moved permanently.
