Progress Association Annual General Meeting

Dear Members  and Friends of the Pearl Beach Progress Association,


The Annual General Meeting of the PBPA will be held  in our Memorial Hall, 9 Diamond Rd on Saturday 11th November at 5pm.

All members and friends are invited to the AGM, however please note that only financial members are eligible to vote at the meeting.

  • 3. Receive the audited Financial Report for year ending June 2023
  • 4. Appointment of an Auditor
  • 5. Election of the Executive Committee for 2023-2024
  • 6. Other Business

  • 2. PBPA Profit and Loss  report for June 2022-June 2023.

The audited full year financial report will be available prior to the meeting.


  • Nominations for the executive team are open from today and will close at 5pm on 20th October.
  • You may submit a supporting statement of no more than 300 words with your nomination.
  • If you wish to nominate for the executive and would like more information, job descriptions are available for all roles. 
  • Please contact me  and I will email you the relevant information.
  • Attached ( 3. )  is the nomination form for 2023.
  • Online voting  will commence  on 27th October. You will be notified by the Returning Officer individually.
  • Online voting will  finish at 5pm on 10th November .
  • Online voting will  finish at 5pm on 10th November .
  • In person ( paper) voting will be held at the hall between 3.45 and 4.45 on 11th Nov.
  • The results of the election will be announced at AGM.
