The Covid-19 Stay at Home Order in place since Saturday 26 June 2021 for all of Greater Sydney including the Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Shellharbour and the Central Coast has been further extended until 11.59 pm on Friday 30 July 2021.

Everyone in Greater Sydney must stay at home unless it is for an essential reason.
The four reasons to leave your home remain in place:

  • Shopping for food or other essential goods and services (one person only);
  • Medical care or compassionate needs (only one visitor can enter another residence to fulfil carers’ responsibilities or provide care or assistance, or for compassionate reasons);
  • Exercise with no more than 2 (unless members of the same household);
  • Essential work, or education, where you cannot work or study from home.

Accordingly the Pearl Beach Progress Association Memorial Hall is still closed for ALL meetings, community groups, exercise classes and events until these restrictions are lifted.

No entry is allowed to the Hall for any reason

Furthermore additional restrictions are effective from 5.00 pm Friday 9 July 2021 limiting outdoor gatherings to 2 people, limits on travel for exercise, browsing in shops prohibited and only one person shopping per day.
See NSW Government website for further details of additional restrictions –
