All members should have received an email containing an invoice for their 2023/24 membership renewal.

If you did not receive this email or know of someone who did not then PLEASE email the assistant secretary at asst_secretary@pearlbeachprogress.org.au or phone Nigel on 0407 656 040 and leave a message


How can I check if I have paid ?

  • Find the email you were sent from : Pearl Beach Progress Association <AccountRight@apps.myob.com> in early July 23. Having looked carefully for the email if you can’t find it then send an email to asst_secretary@pearlbeachprogress.org.au to arrange the email to be resent.
  • In the email you received your invoice : Click on “View Unpaid Invoices emailed to you”
  • One of 2 views will come on the screen. View 1 means there are no unpaid invoices so Yes you have paid. If view 2 appears then you need to pay the outstanding invoice(s). (You may have more than 1 invoice if you have a joint membership)
  • IMPORTANT – Like most banking transactions your payment may take a few days to be reflected so do not expect any unpaid invoice to disappear immediately after you made the payment. Give it a day or two and then check again as per the instructions above.
